"User" means any individual accessing SAR360. "Organisation" refers to the entity the User represents. "Content" includes all data, documents, and materials processed within SAR360.
You may use SAR360 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users must not share login credentials, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or access data not authorised for them.
All intellectual property rights in SAR360, including software, documentation, and trademarks, remain the property of IGcentric Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use SAR360 in accordance with these Terms.
Client organisations remain the Data Controller for any personal data processed within SAR360. IGcentric acts as Data Processor and follows documented instructions. Users must comply with UK GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
IGcentric Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of data caused by the User or the Client organisation. We provide SAR360 on an "as is" basis and make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated.
We may suspend or terminate access to SAR360 if these Terms are breached. Users or organisations may terminate access by contacting IGcentric Ltd, subject to any contractual obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
